Curious about how I can support you?
Here's what I can offer...

How a doula will benefit you:

Having a doula by
your side means receiving
continuous, compassionate support through one of life’s biggest transitions.

Whether you need emotional reassurance, physical comfort, or practical guidance,
a doula is there to empower and uplift you.

Research shows that having this kind of care can lead to a more positive birth and postnatal experience, helping you feel informed, confident, and nurtured.

Investing in a doula is investing in yourself and your growing family—because you deserve to be fully supported every step of the way.

  • Elevated Care
Before anything else, we start with a free 30-minute face-to-face meeting. No pressure, no commitment, just a chance to get to know each other and see if the connection feels right. If I’m going to be at your birth, one of the biggest and most personal moments of your life, we both need to feel comfortable. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about trust. From that first conversation, I’m on your team. Once we’re working together, my support starts straight away. I’ll be available to you throughout your pregnancy, whether that’s to answer questions, share evidence-based guidance, or point you to reliable, helpful resources. You’re not doing this alone. At around 27–30 weeks, we’ll have our first two-hour antenatal session. I'll come to you, at a time that suits. This is where we get into how birth actually works, what your body does, what to expect, pain relief options, and the kind of techniques that help you feel more in control. We also begin talking through your birth choices so you can start to shape the kind of experience you want. At 35–37 weeks, we meet again for a second antenatal session. This one focuses on your birth preferences, how to advocate for yourself, and what to expect in those final weeks. It’s a practical, empowering conversation, making sure you feel clear, confident, and prepared. Between 36–38 weeks, we’ll have a dedicated two-hour postnatal planning session. We’ll go through what to pack in your hospital bag, how to set yourself up for a strong start with feeding (whatever your goals are), and what you might need in place for those early newborn weeks. It’s about feeling ready, emotionally and practically, for what comes next. From 38 weeks, I go on call for you 24/7. Whenever your labour begins, I’ll be ready to join you, whether it’s 3am or 3pm. I’ll be with you through active labour and birth, staying until your baby is in your arms. My focus is on protecting your space, helping you feel grounded and cared for, and making sure you’re treated with the respect and attention you deserve. About a week after the birth, I’ll come to see you again for a postnatal check-in. We’ll reflect on your birth, talk through anything that’s come up since, and make sure you’re getting the support you need. Whether you want to debrief or just be listened to, this time is about you. This package is ideal for first-time parents who want consistent, personalised support. It’s also thoughtfully designed for anyone who’s had a more complex path to parenthood, whether that’s through previous loss, fertility challenges, or simply wanting extra care and reassurance throughout. The Elevated Care Package costs £2010. Payment Plans are available.
  • Signature Birth Experience
This package includes everything from the Elevated Care Package, with added layers of support to help you feel held not just through pregnancy and birth, but well into those early weeks of parenthood. In addition to full antenatal and birth support, the Signature Birth Experience includes: 20 hours of postnatal support to be used within the first 6 weeks after birth. Whether that’s feeding support, emotional check-ins, time to rest while I care for the baby, or help navigating the newborn haze. These visits are flexible, in-home, and completely tailored to what you need. Have a look below for a more in depth look at what postnatal care could look like for you. The option for me to attend any antenatal appointments or scans you’d like support with, so you don’t have to do anything alone, unless you want to. The Elevated Care Package costs £2506. Payment plans are available.
  • Core Support
Much like the Elevated and Signature Birth Experience packages, we begin with a free 30-minute face-to-face meeting. This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and make sure we feel like the right fit, because if I’m going to be present at your birth, trust and comfort really matter. This package includes two focused, 2-hour antenatal sessions, usually held between 36–38 weeks. These sessions are designed to prepare you for birth. We’ll cover birth physiology, pain relief options, decision-making, and build a plan that reflects what matters most to you. We’ll also make space to talk through any previous birth experiences, so you can enter this one feeling more grounded, informed and supported. From 38 weeks, I’ll be on call for you 24/7. When the time comes, I’ll join you in labour and stay with you throughout, offering calm, continuous support until your baby is safely in your arms and you’re settled. After your birth, I’ll come to your home for a 1-hour postnatal reflections visit. This is your time to talk through your experience, process what’s happened, and make sure you feel supported emotionally and practically in those early days. This package is ideal for second or third-time parents. Those who feel more confident in the earlier stages of pregnancy, but want meaningful, experienced care in the final stretch and through birth itself. The price of this package is £1889. Payment plans are available.
  • Postnatal Care
This is the kind of care that meets you right where you are, in the thick of it, when the adrenaline has worn off and real life with a newborn begins. It’s hands-on, practical support, but it’s also space to be heard, held, and reminded that you’re doing an incredible job. Need a shower but can’t stop hearing those phantom baby cries? I’ve got you. Staring down a pile of washing? I’ll put it on. Need to nip out for dinner supplies, or just breathe for a moment with a hot cup of tea? I can cover that. I’m also there for the questions you didn’t know you’d need to ask, how to navigate those first baths, getting feeding established, finding your rhythm, or just how to leave the house with everything (and everyone) you need. Whether you need reassurance, solidarity with breastfeeding, or simply someone calm and capable in the room, I’m there. You can book postnatal care in 3-hour or 5-hour blocks, depending on what kind of support feels right for you. This is flexible, responsive care, designed to ease the pressure and remind you that you don’t have to do it all on your own. Postnatal care is available at £25ph
